Yoga Therapy
Attending to one’s vital life force to invite greater ease and resilience
By bringing presence, relationship, and compassionate listening to our work, I honor your lived experience and innate wisdom, supporting and empowering you as you discover new ways of being, moving, and breathing in the world.
Through Yoga Therapy, I offer a warm, trauma-informed space to support vitality and wellbeing through an integrative, relational approach to health, available in one-on-one sessions and small groups. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga and informed by modern understanding, this work helps reduce stress, build resilience, and invite more ease in body, mind, and spirit so you can feel grounded, energized, and whole.
This practice is open to everyone, though I specialize in supporting women navigating chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, or times of change and transition. Sessions are client-led and tailored to your needs, drawing from movement, pranayama, meditation, somatic awareness, foundations of Ayurveda, and nervous system support.
Over time, this work fosters clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself. What feels stuck, heavy, or overstimulated can soften, allowing more space for ease, vitality, and aliveness. At the heart of this work is relationship, I hold our time together with care, presence, professionalism, and confidentiality, walking alongside you with steady support on your journey.
